Dr.Wilhelm von Trott

Wilhelm von Trott graduated as veterinarian from Munich University and was promoted DVM in Giessen, Germany. A special post graduate training brought him first time to Africa in 1984. From 1986 to 2001 he held various management positions in BAYER AG, Germany, Central America, Mexico and Italy. From 2001 to 2009 he was Member of the Management Team and responsible for global marketing of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health GmbH. Since May 2009 he is Managing Director of COMP-ANY GmbH, Grünbach, Bavaria. Wilhelm von Trott is passionate for Africa and has travelled more than 25 countries of the continent.
He is engaged in various charity organisations and served as Member of the Board and Chair of the Fundraising and Communications Committee of AMREF in Nairobi, Kenya and is a member of the Board of AMREF Germany since 1998.
